Great and easy to deal with. Needed an order changed after purchased and customer services were really nice and easy to deal with my request.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our terms and conditions we do state that we are not able to guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed. In relation to the image shown on the website we will pass this onto our IT team and request that it is stated more clearly on the website that the bouquet shown in the standard size. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders we receive they are passed through the system to the production line extremley quickly and when an order has reached the assigned to production stage we are unable to amend the order, we will however pass this over to our IT team to see if anything can be done to stop the prompting of our additional products once they have been added to the basket and also add an option to edit the order at the end of the process.
