Items didnt arrive on the date requested, why put specified dates if you arent going to stick to them?

Thank you for comments. Im sorry to hear the flowers did not arrive on the selected date. As advised in postal terms and conditions these can be 1-2 woking days so may be best to order a day earlier to ensure these arrive by the selected date as delivered via Royal Mail. Good but would be good to be able to choose some flowers in boxes, etc, with their own water supply, rather than with nothing or a vase only.

Delivery was later than expected - I understand that this is just a guide date, but for special occasions giving a definite date without the extra charge seems the norm these days,
