Not there yet! Even after the instructions clearly gave somewhere to leave them (if there was no answer) and to post a card through the door.

Thank your comments. Im sorry to hear the delivery instructions were not followed. Please be advised the arrangement you had chosen were from our postal ranage and were delivered via Royal Mail. We do ensure that Royal Mail check the delivery instructions that are on the box however sometimes these are missed. Please accept our apologies for the inconvience this has cuased you. very disapointing. i was expecting the delivery person to ask for the name mention on the order but unfortunately it as handed over to anyone who did open the door .very poor service

I am sorry that you were not happy with the way that the order was handed over, unfortunately the flowers you ordered were from our Postal Range, which are delivered by postmen/women. We will however pass the comments on, and request that they take more care when delivering. We do endeavour to always use fresh flowers and flowers of the best quality so please accept our apologies that your order was not up to standard. The only problem was that the card I wanted delivered with the flowers was not there, leaving the recipient clueless as to who sent them.
