Have always been happy with the service. Just one time no delivery was made but a great effort was made to rectify the situation. Flowers are always lovely.

My flowers came late and were dying when I got them. The staff were fair and gave a refund of the flowers. However, I won't use the online service again.

Thank your for your comments. Im sorry to hear the flowers were wilting when they arrived. We do endeavour to send out fresh and high qulaity stems that are packaged carefully to ensure they are kept safe and well during transit. I can only apologise when the bouquet received this was not the case.I can see the issue has been resolved and do hope this has not put oyu off from ordering from ourselves again.
