Thank you for your feedback. As advised when placing your order we are unable to guarantee the selected delivery date for our Postal Range of flowers. Our delivery information on our website states the following: "Although delivery is normally on the chosen delivery date, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for our budget range. Flowers are normally delivered within 1-2 days of your chosen delivery date. To guarantee delivery we recommend that the delivery date selected is the day before the flowers are required. However, this may mean the flowers arrive a day early". We will endeavour to make this clearer on the website to advoid dissapointment and can only apologies you were not entirely happy with the delivery. Delivery was prompt. Having paid to 'go-large' i was a bit disappointed with the size of the arrangement.

Thank you for you feedback. I am sorry to hear that the flowers were left on the door step and can advise that this is an issue we are addressing with Royal Mail to ensure they do not just leave deliveries in a visble location. arrived a day late so missed birthday and then the recipient had already gone to newcastle so didn't get them until 5 days later.
