Disappointing comments about the service provided by our reps. They do try whenever possible to meet our guests and also to assist with departures and I am sorry on this occasion this did not happen.
The hotel is graded under the Italian star rating system, so I am sorry you did not feel it is deserved it's 5 stars.

This hotel is definitely not 5 stars very tired and dated.Location very hilly with many steps.This should be made very clear in the brochure.

It is disappointing to read your comments about your room and the food. It may have been possible to move to another room, if there were any available and our rep would have been able to help facilitate this if required. I hope that despite this, you enjoyed some aspects of your holiday.
