Dear Ms Jennings, I am sorry you felt the service received by us was poor. Having listened to all of the calls you made when choosing and booking your holiday, you spoke to the same agent each time. She answered all of your queries and is familiar with the resort in which you stayed. The shuttle bus was mentioned although the scheduled times were not discussed. Had you asked whether it operated in the evening I am confident she would have offered this information. I hope regardless of this, you had an enjoyable holiday.

I have contacted our rep Karen and she has apologised for any confusion. She confirms when she met you at the airport she advised of the time she would be at the hotel.  As you did not appear in the reception area when she visited, she assumed you did not require any assistance but she was contactable by phone if needed and would happily have visited you if you had let her know the best time. Your return transfer details were left with reception who should have passed these on to you, so I am sorry this was not the case. She will speak to the transfer driver about the speed he drove to the airport.
