Booking service very good and simple and all docts clear and straightforward.
Pity that we couldn't do online check- in with Thomson. No chance that flights are not so early.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Would have preferred a room away from the incessant dog barking!!! Food excellent and staff really lovely and attentive.
Would recommend this hotel to others.

Sorry you were disappointed with the selection of food available in the resort. Isola Rossa is a small resort with a few restaurants and bars, so not as wide a variety as one would have in the larger resorts. We understand the food at the hotel is excellent.

We have communicated by email regarding the work next door to the villa. As confirmed, the neighbours have no planning permission for the site, so no building work will be taking place but it seems they may have been carrying out some maintenance works during your stay and we are sorry if this disturbed you on occasions.

Met Karen the rep and she was very nice. Didn't need any assistance from her apart from getting the WiFi up and running which was soon done.

Although the Villa was nice it needs a bit of TLC in certain places, oh and a new mattress on the double bed which was very uncomfortable.
