Enjoyed a room upgrade to a junior suite.Resort just what we were looking for.Relaxed quiet and with helpful staff not forgetting Luque in the poolside bar / restaurant who served graet food.

I appreciate you were disappointed to find your flight times with Easyjet had changed but I would confirm regrettably we have no control over the changes they make to their schedules.
Your car hire reservation was sent to Avis in the usual way so I am very sorry there was a problem on arrival and I hope this was resolved satisfactorily.
The hotel is graded under the Italian star rating system so it is disappointing you felt the rooms did not match up to the rating.
I hope that although there were some issues with your holiday, you enjoyed it overall.
