Good service with booking and travel arrangements, apart from incomplete information in property descriptions (see below). Rep never seen, apart from very briefly on arrival at Cagliari.

Sorry there were some things about the hotel which disappointed you. The hotel only offer half board as a meal option and as mentioned in our brochure the menus are often set with less choice than a restaurant. We confirm there is a beach 400 metres from the hotel although I appreciate some rooms may be slightly further, depending on their location. I hope you enjoyed your stay overall and thanks for your feedback.

Insufficient choice in menu. It would be better if a B&B or room only option was offered. Description of rooms misleading. Long distance from beach, especially in Sardinia's summer climate.

This company knows who you are and gives you accurate information about their holidays. They may be a little more expensive but you get excellent value for money.

Very professional service . Easy to upgrade and I liked the travel wallet with all the relevant documents including a map and a euro coin keyring for the trolley at the airport.
