I've explained what's wrong on the last page, in addition the place is in the middle of nowhere, only 1 (expensive) nearby restaurant. Astounded that Serenity Holidays include it in their portfolio.

It's a shame you didn't enjoy the location, as we do especially highlight this property as a hideaway retreat in a rural setting, tucked away in the countryside. Alghero, which is a 10-15 minute drive away as per our description, does have a lovely selection of restaurants and cafes. They did everything well - flight, car hire, directions to accommodation
The only contact with the local rep was by text; which was a little disappointing.
