lovely to hear from you, all feedback is really valued and we use it to improve our systems so will take your comments on board. Although we do our best to send our every item perfectly, sometimes a bit of rough and tumble by the haulage companies can disappoint us here at SP, however as you've said we got another dispatched to you as a replacement. The missing name I understand would be highly frustrating, we were disappointed as it was from our new 'petal' who started this summer, this is no excuse as we should have kept a closer eye on her and have completely took this on board for the future. We are working hard to get our costs down, our confetti is all handpicked and hand packed right here on our Shropshire farm to achieve only the most perfect petals so although it may seem high you are assured it is a home grown high quality product for the most perfect wedding photos. Great idea on showing how to fill the boxes, we do have a you tube video on our website of this and a couple of blog posts related with how to's. However this has highlighted a good suggestion to us, we will put a link to it on the actual product page so it is to hand right where you need it. Thanks so much for such useful feedback. thank you for your feedback, the smaller petals are light and fluffy so stay in the air for longer giving a great confetti shot, however the packaging comments are very apt as they are a new line so all comments towards this are most valued.
