oh those pesky cones- although we strive to send them out in perfect condition we find they sometimes get pushed about with a little rough and tumble in the delivery process. You are most certainly correct on our discount code system so thank you very much for your feedback, it is most appreciated and very helpful. Our discount code system is new and we wanted it online so customers don't feel like they have to call, exactly as you have said. We have had a few glitches in getting it up and running correctly so we are pleased you bared with us and still ordered. We have put in a lot of tweaks to it now and it looks to be running smoothly and there are still a few more changes currently taking place. Our delivery prices are set by Royal Mail so sadly it's one that we can't really alter, but our discount codes help to reduce the overall cost to the customer. We are continually looking for better delivery options and prices and always aim to get our orders out within 24 hours.
