Hi Rob, Maybe get the system changed or at least the wording so this doesn’t keep happening as very misleading. As a notification stating dispatched would normally mean it’s been dispatched. Not we haven’t actually done anything. Maybe an idea and put that as order processing then when actually sorted and dispatched to state been dispatched! Make much more logical sense and stop these misunderstanding which consequently lost you business. As for whoever tried to resolve it they were a bit of a joke as stated the urgency and said I could get new stock in maybe 4-6 weeks but not confirmed. I had to push for the refund, but nothing else offered to keep me as a customer or the letdown to the final customer. I fully appreciate it’s a busy time of year and errors happen but more being told it’s dispatched and wasn’t that annoyed me. My request for escalation to manager was ignored and nothing heard back after his ramblings in and poor excuses/ trying to shift blame to me. So had to do this feedback which I hate doing
