We would like to apologise the for the issue with the driver not taking your hampers to your office. Feedback such as this allows us to rectify this kind of issue and this has led us to implementing a new procedure with the courier company concerned where ALL drivers have instructions to offload the pallet into the ground floor of a building should this be required.
