Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback for your order and once again we are so sorry that the couriers have let us down on this occasion. On a positive note though, due to this problem we have now a new procedure in place where we are attaching labels to each pallet delivery to advise the driver of the level of service expected from him on each and every delivery, to eliminate this problem from happening again. Although this doesn't solve the problem that you had at the time, we are glad that you highlighted this problem to us so give us the opportunity to make this right in the future.
