If can be very frustrating when dealing with a third party courier when drivers fail to deliver due to time constraints or traffic problems as we are not always notified of these issues. On a positive note though, due to this problem we have now a new procedure in place where we are attaching labels to each pallet delivery to advise the driver of the level of service expected from him on each and every delivery, to eliminate this problem from happening again. Although this doesn't solve the problem that you had at the time, we are glad that you highlighted this problem to us so give us the opportunity to make this right in the future.
