As a small family business we take our customer feedback very seriously, both positive and negative.
We are sorry that you found the hamper disappointing and that you found the delivery charge to be expensive. The courier service we use has recently reduced the surcharge to Northern Ireland from £7.50 to £5 per parcel, all our delivery charges are shown on our website and this would have been shown to you prior to committing to your order.
The couriers add their surcharge per parcel not by weight so on some occasions the cost of delivery to certain areas can become very expensive.
