Can I firstly apoligise for the experience you have had regarding the lack of communication regarding delayed and out stock items.
We do always endevour to keep all our customers up to date with news of your orders as early and as much as possible, however, we do appreciate that due to the high volume of orders we have had, we have not always been as proactive at this as we would like and as you, our customer, should expect
Please be aware that as a part of how we intend to improve on this we will be adding an extra member to our customer services team as of August and we will pay particular focus on being as proactive as possible regarding our communication to customers on any oustanding orders and deliveries
In relation to your Kilner Dispensers on which you are still waiting, we are working closely with the suppliers to obtain stock early in August to fufil our outstanding orders
