below is the letter i sent to Stephensons following the order I made, I never recieved a reply.
'To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the level of professionalism & service I have received from your company.
I placed an order on 7th May 2013 for £315.12 for The Palmyra Bar in Warrington.
There was no delivery date given as some if the items were not in stock.
I called up on 9th May to ask how long it was likely to be, the advisor explained that our order was waiting on items to be in stock but could be split to send glasses as soon as they were ready rather than waiting for it all.
I agreed that this was the best option for us as we are due to be launching a new cocktail menu & need the cocktail glasses as soon as possible.
Once this option had been confirmed the advisor told me that the first lot would be with us within 2-3 days, to me this suggested Tuesday 14th at the latest.
On Tuesday 14th May I called up and spoke to *PERSONAL DATA REMOVED BY FEEFO* at around 11am, who advised that the order was on the van an would be with us later that afternoon. She told me she would call the driver then call me back with a time.
I never received that call back.
I then phoned again at around 4pm and was told again that the driver was on his way & they would call me back with a time, again I received no call back.
Because we were told by *PERSONAL DATA REMOVED BY FEEFO* that the delivery would be there on Tuesday, we announced to all of our customers that we would have a new cocktail launch on the Wednesday.
When the glasses failed to arrive by Wednesday I had to cancel the launch night which then made us look unprofessional.
I have called up today and spoken once again to *PERSONAL DATA REMOVED BY FEEFO* who has told me that the delivery is on its way today.
She also explained to me that the driver could not find us on Tuesday, so instead of calling me to get directions, he just turned around and went home.
I am not at all impressed with the service you have given me and your staff should not promise something if you can not deliver.
I am still waiting for the glasses to arrive and have been left in limbo as to when we can have our launch night.
This could potentially be damaging towards our reputation and I am not at all happy with the situation.
I hope that someone from your company has the decency and professionalism to reply to me and explain why I have been treated so poorly.
Regards
*PERSONAL DATA REMOVED BY FEEFO*
