Water bottle lids very poor quality. I took them out of the pack and can’t get one of the lids to close was not expecting poor quality.

Bought large thinking they would be big bags but very small.
Very nice my son loves this
Some names where faded on the markers and pencils.
Very poor quality I can’t open or close the lid

Amazing quality of the backpack and excellent image quality of the printing. The backpack has different slots for water bottle and inside has one division...it’s very practical.
Very good quality. I got it for my daughter’s swimming class and it fits all the necessary items inside.

After i posted my review they immediately contacted me and they were super willing to resolve this issue. They refunded me the 20% discount which shows me a good will and a that they value the opinion of their customers.
