I am sorry you are upset by Feefo's email to review the sweater before the sweater arrived. Because of the public holidays, it takes parcels a few days longer to get to Switzerland than normal. I have just checked the tracking details and see that you received it this morning. We hope you enjoy wearing your new sweater. If we can help further in any way, please let us know.
