Don'torder from overseas. Nice notes from customer service. However, the item I ordered in mid January still had not arrived as of the end of February. I cancelled the order.. Very disappointing.

I am sorry your order was not received. This was due to a cyber attack on the Royal Mail's IT systems. We dispatched your order twice using Royal Mail. Once just before their cyber attack and once just after. As both parcels have not arrived I arranged a refund as requested. We are now using a different courier service.
