A nice flat newly decorated with lots of stuff in the cupboards. Only one slight issue the radiator in the main bedroom is not big enough to heat the room warm enough.

We understand that our Guest Vetting System might seem quite thorough, but we really care about our guests experience and making sure that the property is the right fit for them. Our system is used to look after our owners' first homes and care for their neighbours.
Beautiful comfortable flat in Marchmont with everything we needed for our stay. A nice touch was the bread butter milk and jam provided for breakfast. Close to town and nice quiet area.
