The property manager tries is very best to keep us up to date with regards to changes to the apartment and nearby area (DVD and parking - which is now open), so we are really disappointed and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Also, apologies for asking your ID twice, it was an oversight. It was nice talking to you over the phone and we are extremely pleased to know you are planning on staying with us again this year.
