Thank you for leaving us this constructive feed back on your recent stay at this property. We are sorry that you feel that property did not live up your expectations for it. As the property in the centre of Edinburgh on the Royal Mile, an amount of noise from the street is to be expected. The property is located on the top floor of the building which does help to minimize any noise from the street. The lift is for the use of all the residences in the building there is unfortunately no ability for any of the owners to curtail its use by others.

We shall raise the provision of clothes drying rack for the property and up dating the washing machine with the property owner.

Lovely house with ample well furnished rooms, a few extra bath towels would have been nice which would have prevented frequent use of washing machine. The fact I would return is ample praise.
