Thank you for sharing you experience, firstly we would like to sincerely apologise for the error that occurred on your order with us, as mentioned the majority of your order had become a pre-order from us awaiting more availabilityof the napkins from our mill, when item are low in stock on our website it states the available quantity on the product page to inform.
We always take a full transactional payment on pre-ordered items as more than likely these items become very popular and sell out before they arrive to us and we need to ensure they are secure for you.
Unfortunately we had failed to deliver to the amended delivery address as mentioned above, but we looked to rectify our error as quickly as possible.
