Thank you for sharing you experience, firstly we would like to sincerely apologise for the error that occurred on your order with us, as mentioned the majority of your order had become a pre-order from us awaiting more availabilityof the napkins from our mill, when item are low in stock on our website it states the available quantity on the product page to inform. We always take a full transactional payment on pre-ordered items as more than likely these items become very popular and sell out before they arrive to us and we need to ensure they are secure for you. Unfortunately we had failed to deliver to the amended delivery address as mentioned above, but we looked to rectify our error as quickly as possible. We do pride ourselves on our service and unfortunately had failed in your order experience with us, we do hope we can look to regain your trust with us in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, we do sincerely apologise to hear of your disappointment on your order with us, as discussed over the phone some of the items on your order had gone into our preorder stock which is why we could only part dispatch the majority of your order ahead of the special occasion and look to follow with the couple of items when they became available from our mill. We are sorry the delivery couriers had failed to deliver to you, unfortunately we can only act on issues with deliveries if the customer has notified us, I have looked into this with our partner couriers and it seems DPD experienced an operational error that delayed the order arriving to you and because of the UK bank holiday it had caused an additional day delay many apologise for this occurring we will refund the delivery back to you, we will call you to inform over the phone.
