I have had a look into this and I can see that no VAT has been charged on your order, only the shipping cost that we are charged has been applied.
Sadly since Brexit, there is now a customs fee that applies on all international orders, these are set by your local customs authorities and unfortunately we do not have any control over this.
If you'd like to cancel this order and receive a refund please contact us on enquiries@thesoapkitchen.co.uk and the team can certainly assist with this.
