Our Travel Directors are trained to deal with a variety of situations on our guided vacations, so we were very concerned to have read that you felt that our TD may have not have amiably dealt with certain unforeseen issues on our Panama, the Canal and Beyond. However, with regards to another guests' luggage having been damaged, we can confirm that this occurred during their flight into Panama, in which Trafalgar is not liable for as highlighted in our booking conditions. That is why we recommend that our guests have travel insurance for instances as such.
