We've looked into this and can see your order was placed on 02/10/2022 via our Standard Delivery service. According to the tracking link, your items were dispatched on 04/10/2022 and delivered on 08/10/2022, which would be in line with the 5 - 7 working day timeframe advised on our website and in our Shipping Policy.
Should you need any future orders a little bit quicker, we do also offer a 2 working day service with DHL. Simply select "express delivery" during checkout.
