Hi! Thank you for your feedback - it is appreciated. As with most companies, pretty much everything is now emailed because it is quicker, environmentally friendly - and cheaper! Our computer system can still prepare documents to be posted, but it cannot provide both a postal and email service. If you would rather have a postal service please just let us know and we will remove your email address from our system.
