The c lesser were great when they were on. We had half of the classes from the 2nd chapter cancelled which completely interrupted the the momentum and my daughter ended up getting quite fearful at her

Good introduction to water however classes missed for illness holidays etc must still be paid for and cannot be rearranged, not very good on the pocket especially as the classes don't come cheap and m

Excellent lessons instructed by vicki. One complaint though.... The pool sessions are cancelled due to problems at this pool far too often.

Thanks for your review Simon. The school take no chances with the water quality of the pool and due to the nature of the children who attend the school, some of which have very delicate illnesses and special needs they would never put their children at risk. We also carry out our own full risk assessments before we hire any pool and these are ongoing whilst we hire their facilities. This does mean that sometimes lessons are cancelled and we do this because you and your baby's safety is very important and neither Water Babies or the school would run lessons unless it was safe to do so. All pools can go down but if you would like me to look at another venue for you then please give the office a call on 01642 711734 and we can look into this for you. Many thanks, Vicky
