The swimming lessons are great. Facilities at LB are terrible. Changing babies on the floor outside of toilets. No parking spaces left missing part of lesson.

It’s great to hear that you are enjoying your classes and we are really glad that we were able to sort this issue out for you last term and move you to a different venue. Space and facilities at our pool locations are all different and we aim to manage these to the best of our abilities to suit each of our client families. We are really glad Poppy is enjoying her Chapter 2 class and hope you are looking forward to progressing onto Chapter 3 for the Summer term too :)

Thank you so much for your feedback, it's great that you, Dad and Isabella are enjoying the classes and getting a lot from them!
Just to address your worry about the shower area at Derriford, we try to encourage the next class waiting to enter the pool area and shower when they hear the ending song of the previous class, so they are showered and ready to enter the pool as the current class finish and leave. This usually works seamlessly and means there's no hold up between classes. Your teacher Saira will reiterate this with the classes to make sure the shower area is kept to a minimum!
