Thanks for your review. 

We are sorry for the short notice of your cancelled classes. We do always try to give as much notice as possible when we have to cancel a class. But sometimes if there's a nappy incident in the class before or we only find out when the teacher arrives at a pool that there is an issue then we are unable to give a lot of notice. Unfortunately this is what happened with the low pool temperatures which caused the cancellation of your classes. We had checked with the venue the day before and the temperatures where at the right level but then sadly they had dropped over night and the pool was below the minimum of 30 degrees which is too cold for us to run the class. We are sorry your experience wasn't the best but we are always here if you would like to give it another go.
