Thanks for this feedback and really sorry you have not received your order yet but we do believe it out for delivery today . We did receive your order on the 29th Dec at 8.29pm and shipped it on the 30th Dec, the earliest possible depatch date but I am afraid your order delivery straddled the New Year's eve closure and so some days were lost and also the tail end on the Christmas rush meant all couriers slowed substantially . We are sorry you were asked to review this order before delivery had occurred but Feefo , the company that runs the reviews is truly independent and we cannot effect any reviews or the sending of requests , so they would have sent this automatically 5 days after the despatch date, regardless of whether delivery has been achieved. We only have the ability to respond to reviews like we are doing here . Can we re-assure you that Free Delivery had no effect on the quality of service as we use a few different services but as AN Post were the only ones collecting on that day . We are really achieving about 95% next day delivery so let hope this is a once off .Best wishes
