I'm sorry you feel this way. We received notification from yourself of the picking mistake at 23:16 on the 31st July. And by 9am we had spoken with you over the phone to arrange a collection and full refund as you didn't want the correct items re-sent. I'm sorry about the initial error but we do pride ourself on acting quickly to respond and resolve any problems which may arise.

Wedding mall did not contact me - NOTE I HAD TO CONTACT THEM. I then had to chase them up for a refund which took a long time to process and I was fobbed off by them. I would never use this company again and the level of un-professionalism is shocking. The correct items should have been sent to me in the first place.

Unfortunately our offices do not open until 9am so we could not contact you before you rang at 9am. At this time we did offer to send out the correct goods to match those which you ordered from us earlier in the year or collect and refund. I'm sorry if you felt that this unfortunate initial error could have been dealt with in a different way.

Really great service. Items came really quickly and some of the items were damaged and they sent replacements really quickly. Very impressed.
