Our apologies the order arrived damaged, I can see you placed the order on 7th July, and it was delivered on the 9th July.
It's not too late to report damages or to return the items as it hasn't been over 14 working days.
Please send us a photo of the damaged item to customerservice@uksm.co.uk and we can get you sorted out with either replacements or a refund depending on what you want.
Please include your order ID so we can track it back to you.
