Hi Douglas, Apologies for the inconvenience. Your order was placed on Friday, 25th Jan at 6:30pm, so it missed the 3pm cut-off for shipment, as explained on our Delivery information page:

Our warehouse is closed at the weekends, so your order was shipped on Monday, 28th Jan, via Royal Mail's 2-3 service. Our warehouse is in Essex, so given the distance to travel up to you in Scotland, I would expect it to arrive in 3, rather than 2 days. Today is the 3rd day - so it should arrive today. We will keep an eye on the tracking information for you.
