The box arrived damaged, and the product had a few scuff marks on it. For the price I really expected more, also ironic that what I ordered is designed to survive well outside - to be sturdy and resil

We never ship a damaged box - it would have been damaged in the care of Royal Mail, which is rare, but slightly more common during busy periods such as late November and December.
