Product was exactly as described and very satisfactory price. However I paid for next day delivery (ordered sunday) and it didn't arrive til Wednesday. Otherwise 5 stars.

Hi Diane,
Your order was placed just before 9pm on Sunday, and was shipped on Monday for expected delivery on Tuesday. So yes, it arrived one day late. Apologies for this. Royal Mail's Next Day service is 'estimated, not guaranteed.' Sometimes they do miss the next-day target. I have refunded the shipping fee you paid. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Many thanks for your response, and for effecting a refund of the postage which I wasn't expecting. I had allowed for the Sunday ordering in my comment and it wasn't a huge issue. It was really just an explanation for a less than perfect score. Nevertheless, very impressed with such prompt and courteous service. Thank you.
