We recently made changes to our shipping rules, and there was a period of 5 days when international orders were shipped as Royal Mail International Standard, instead of Royal Mail International Tracked, which means that a handful or international orders did not have a tracking number, including yours. This was our mistake, and one which we fixed as soon as we became aware of it. Apologies for the confusion. I hope you're enjoying the Amok Draumr, and hope to see you back.

Hi Molly, Thanks for your feedback. The Hydro Flask bottles arrive directly from the manufacturer in a thin layer of plastic bubble wrap, which we leave in place because it's already been used. For our order fulfillment, we use a third-party fulfillment service as we are not yet processing a high enough volume of orders to require our own dedicated warehouse. Regrettably, this third-part fulfillment service does currently use plastic bubble wrap. We have asked them to change to paper protective packaging, which they will transition to. But we are not their only client, and so we are not in a position to demand it immediately. We are doing all we can to bring about this change. I hope you can understand the challenge we face and the effort we're making, and will consider revising your rating.
