We are very sorry that you have not been happy with delay in your renewal and we take this opportunity to further explain the reasons behind this. We aim to send our renewal invitations around 4-6 weeks prior to a renewal date, however, renewals due in the month of January can sometimes take a little longer while we settle any system anomalies encountered when trying to finalise revised rates for the upcoming year. Please rest assured that our IT team work tirelessly to get these resolved. Where there are delays in issuing pre-renewal documents, we do extend our grace periods to allow additional time for client’s to review and make decisions on their cover. We do hope that going forward your experience is a more positive one and thank you again for getting in touch with us.
