We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received from us particularly in relation to your premium increase. For 2018, we did have to address our internal exchange rate for GBP to bring it more in line with the market, we have managed to keep our sterling exchange rate the same for many years as a business but unfortunately, this was no longer viable. The sterling exchange rate was changed but is still below the market rate for our existing customers. We understand that this has resulted in a higher than average increase for our GBP customers and have therefore offered the option of changing to either a USD or Euro policy in order to manage premiums.
