We do understand your concerns regarding increases in premiums. In many countries the cost of health care continues to grow and it is predicted that there will be no change to this trend over the coming years. It is not just the cost of health care that impacts on premiums, increased demand for international quality private care and advancement in technologies and wider treatments available are also contributing factors worldwide. We do work very closely with our insurers to ensure any increase in premiums that we may have to impose is reasonable and justified. We want to do all that we can to protect our customer's data from unauthorised access so we did recently introduce sending encrypted documents however following feedback we've now changed this process slightly to make it easier for our customers to receive their documents.
