Further to my review above, I was contacted by Natalie from the WR customer services team. For a change, they took responsibility for their actions - unlike most corporate bodies - and have sought to make right on their errors by firstly recognising the problem, secondly seeking to find a solution thereby preventing it ever happening to any of their customers again in the future, and thirdly by offering me and my wife 3 months of free coverage on our policy by way of apology. As such, I am happy to keep my business with WR, and it should be noted that the 4 stars they now have has been updated from the 1 star they started with on this review. Thank you to Natalie and WR for doing the right and honourable thing.
