Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We take all comments on board so I’d like to address your concern regarding hospitals in the UK. Whilst it’s true that we do not currently have Direct Billing agreements with hospitals in the UK, this is because we don’t have a specific list of hospitals or clinics that our customers must use, we offer our customers freedom of choice as to where they wish to receive their treatment. In the event that medical treatment is required, provided we are contacted in advance, we can contact any hospital around the world and pre-authorise the treatment for you. Once authorised, we can issue a guarantee of payment to the relevant hospital and can arrange payment directly to them. We hope this goes some way to easing your concerns.
