We strive to deliver excellent quality customer care at all times and claiming medical bills should be easy and straight forward. We have investigated your file in detail with our claims team and understand that any shortfalls in payments due to currency conversions have been corrected/paid. We're sorry you didn't receive the standard of care you should have rightfully gotten, within the usual timeframes. We have experienced an extremely high volume of claims in recent months and have not been able to meet our usual high standards. We do hope that your experience with us going forward is a much more positive one and thank you again for getting in touch with us.
