Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to hear that your renewal was not satisfactory, we do understand that a large premium increase is not very welcome when receiving your renewal terms. We have previously priced using age bands and the increases between age bands could be significant but we have recently changed our pricing to age actual and believe this will be a much more sustainable and fairer way of pricing.
