We are pleased to hear that the initial part of your joining process was satisfactory but sorry to hear that the application process was not as good. Applying for a life insurance policy may not be as quick as applying for a health policy due to certain requirements and information needed however we want all customer experience to be excellent, from quote stage to renewal. I’ve looked at your file and can see a few areas of improvement which we will use as part of our ongoing aim for service excellence.
