Dear Jessica, thank you for your feedback. We shipped your goods through DHL and have brought this to their attention. generally the service they provide is very good. Thankfully you did pack your goods well and i believe no breakages or losses were reported. Again thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have any photgraphs of the boxes at the time of receipt kindly forward them to me. As for late collection, our carrier does give us a window for pickup but due to the nature of transport sometimes these times are not adhered to. there could be numerous reasons why the driver was late, more than often it is traffic or unforeseen delays at previous collection/ delivery points. we do our very best to offer a good service at a competitive price and we are sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.
